VPN Clients
ClearVision requires installation of the SoftRemote VPN Client Software (Included in download). The SoftRemote client is compatable with most IPSec/VPN networks and can be configured to replace your existing VPN client software.You may be able to use other IPSec/VPN client software, however configuration to connect to the HSV Network must be added (Settings will be provided by High Speed Video.) Consult your corporate help desk or network administrator for configuring your VPN client.
IBM Think Pad
IBM Thinkpad PC has known issues connecting with VPNs. At present the High Speed Video ClearVision software is not compatible with this PC
Firewall and Security Software
Most security and firewall software blocks the ports required to send inbound video to the PC. Your security software may need to be configured to allow ClearVision software to operate properly. Please consult the software documentation for details of these security settings.
